Yamaha is continuing it's commitment to innovation with the introduction of the Custom Absolute Nouveau line (premiered at NAMM 2003). Absolute Series drums allow you to select the material of your choice (maple, birch, beech) and even mix different materials for snares, bass and toms. Also new is a single bolt ultra compact lug that allows the entire rim and head to be detached without removing the tension rod. This gives head changing speed & no more lost washers. The new absolutes also give you 45 color options. Other features: new bass drum claws, legs, aluminum die cast hoops & additional air vents.
